Pros
If Kmart is located conveniently for you, you have very thick skin, don't mind working extremely hard with little to no recognition, and/or you are looking for a job that may end at any time, this may be the job for you.
Cons
Very little to no job security due to the high stakes game being played by upper management; store closings are imminent, and the remaining DMs are kept due to willingness to create high pressure situations in which daily threats of subordinates is expected and rewarded. Willingness to terminate employment of employees based on manufactured reasons, on demand by upper management, is also rewarded.
