gain experience good people managers arent too bad depending on department/ job title good hours if you show you work hard
Cons
sometimes management can expect too much from employees, asking them to do too much cashier overturn rate is high, credit application/swyr based pay is minimum wage mostly and not much room for raise possibilities hour cuts can be brutal (3 hrs/week for some employees)
