Pros
Co workers are amazing, loss prevention is good at their job, the regular customers are amazing
Cons
Poor discount, poor management, every manager tells you how to do the same thing differently and then literally yell at you if it wasn't done their way, they don't give raises or promotions, if they do give you a better position with more responsibility there is no raise and not many more hours, poor hours, you must get these stupid little reward cards or they will cut your hours however, they make the rules to get them so complicated, you must get emails, you must get replacement plans, you must have customers answer annoying surveys, poor organization throughout the store, messy store, many pricing mistakes, angry customers.. basically Kmart sees you as a number not a person and expect so much from their employees yet don't compensate for it or have loyalty to their employees.
