* Outdated fixtures make your job harder * Management work schedule (60+ weekly) *12 week Training program outdated...they give you A book, computer training then send you you to bad store that need labor help * lack structure in department leads which forces more work on Assistant manager * No open door policy * No pay raises for the year of 2009 * Company don't match your 401K
