Good First Job Experience - Hardlines Merchandiser Kmart Employee Review

Hours aren't consistent. One week I had 15 hours, the next I had 35. The management makes morale a little lower. At least one of them kept muttering about how they were just waiting to quite. There were times when I was asked to do stuff outside of my job description (i.e. clean up vomit when I'm supposed to be stocking) Little chance of pay raise unless you get a promotion
