      Pros

      Get first-hand experience in Crisis Management.

      Cons

      No Team Building at all. Leadership is non-existent and is reflected in bad Customer Service ratings. Constantly struggling to play catch-up in all facets of the Store. Only benefit is a paycheck, though no raises to anyone in years. Constant rumors of Store closure due to decreasing Sales.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
