      Leadership team and stores were tight knit and assisted one another. Pay was fair and opportunities were vast under old leadership

      Cons

      New leadership destroyed company. Lack of understanding didn't listen to local stores didn't understand demographics

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
