Pros
- Modern technology stack - Good CTO, who will help you to grow in your career - The tech team is very friendly and helpful - It's a startup working style, so you should expect involvement in multiple roles (some people could consider this as cons though)
Cons
- They use time management software (Time Doctor), which tracks your active time on the laptop, and takes screenshots of your work every couple of minutes, you have to use it even inside the office - Compensations are not competitive compared to similar companies
