Pros
Some great employees, nice perks like dinner and metro cards. There are tampons in the women's bathroom. Lots of free t-shirts
Cons
- Teams didn't work together, instead it was a battle to take each other out - There's absolutely no consistent vision to what is being built and no validation from consumers that they want it - It's unclear that the leadership actually cares at all about the students. Policy advocates on the side of privacy have every reason to be concerned. - No clear values - the first time I saw the values was 5 months in. I had a fit of laughter over how much Knewton lives up to none of the values. - The misogyny, Knewton is okay with workplace relationships so expect to be hit on, drunkenly asked out and belittled by coworkers.
