      the people in the design area and shop are easy to get along with, As long as you have a good personality

      Cons

      I was laid off, they didnt have anything for me to work on, was expected to keep self buys with work that didnt exist.

      Pros

      The company is great the owners are the two best guys ever really care about their employees. The benefits are good and the coworkers are friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      The management set your pay so if your not buddies your not going far.
