Pros
Relatively well-organized, with management that seems really concerned with everyone's well-being. The owners go out of their way to meet and remember employees at all levels, even as large as the company has grown, and I really can't say enough nice things about them.
Cons
1-2 hours of overtime daily, almost all night shifts for new hires, work is mind-numbingly repetitive and boring, strictly enforced attendance and tardee policy, no vacation days accumulate until after a year of employment. They tend to only higher employees who have college degrees or hsve been in the industry for a while, but in either of those cases you can probably make more elsewhere.
