Pros
Good money for easy work. Leadership - the top of the crop from Jieho & Roy, Quynh, Connie and Pam are excellent leaders who have a plan and a vision for the company that they want you to be a part of. Transparency - I have never worked for a company that is so transparent with its goals. Not only that management and owner are always listening to what you have to say. Hell they even give you the owners phone number, in which you can call anytime. Fun interactive work environment - There's is nothing like working in a casino. The players dealers and follow associates are so diverse, and you get to communicate with them on a daily bases. If you are in the entertainment business this is a great place for networking.
Cons
Cons: Boredom/repetition - When you first start you will go through training and come out knowing only two games. When you first get in the casino you will probably be on baccarat a lot which is a easy game, but is very repetitive. Staffing - To some overtime could be a good thing. For most it's frustrating and exhausting. Some shifts do overtime everyday. Staffing is really short right now and they need all the bodies they can get. Staffing is also hurting development. Your going to want to learn new games, but they won't have time to train you, because they need you on a table right away.
