The founder/CEO gives weekly updates about the business, and it trickles into every aspect of the organization -Fully remote!

Every voice is heard and appreciated. Leadership is caring & empathic but also quick to give useful feedback that pushes you to be your best. Joseph is an incredible leader, driving strategy and divvying out thoughtful constructive criticism one moment, then sharing useful reading resources and dropping a funny GIF into Slack the next moment. The very foundation of the Knoetic culture comes straight from his list of values, and we all strive to live up to those values every day. The company is growing quickly, so there is room for growth in all of the roles according to your strengths. Not the place for you if you want a slow-paced role in a usual office setting. Knoetic is a fast-paced, fully remote team where you are expected to pull your weight. I wish that I got to spend more face-to-face time with coworkers, but it's difficult with the team spread across the country (and world!).
