Subsequent encounters teach you more.
The lack of communication and inconsistent directions result in many never being on the same page, as though there is a fan set at level 3, blowing and the pages are constantly flipping; you don’t know which page you’re on, or if it’s a different book altogether.
The upper management team has too much on their plate, resulting in them forgetting what they’ve said or decided, hence reliving the process, which delays delivery.
It also seems like the stress and pressure have caught up with them, hence the occasional lashing out session to unlucky employees. When this happens, anything that you have contributed in the past is wiped off their memory, as they only see red.
My advice to those eager to join Knorex:
1. Be smart and choose the right office/country to work in, some of them seem pretty great
2. Have a high EQ and be emotionally prepared
