Pros

Lots of perks for employees. Every Friday the company gets breakfast for everyone. Get little surprise bonus on holidays, sometimes. Co-workers are a blessing, not one mean bone in anyone's body it seems. It is like a big family. Salary is kept up with the current rate for your job.

Cons

Lack of communication with Management. Policies are in place but not enforced. Sometimes the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing it seems. Work is not challenging - a monkey could do the work. The building is old and has a lot of problems.

Pros

What the company does is pretty cool. Have a great Christmas party. Depending on what department you are in, there is a good life balance.

Cons

Non team environment. Everyman is out for themselves. This type of environment makes it very difficult to succeed. This type of environment is usually created when people are afraid of losing their jobs. If you are looking for a long term career opportunity, this is probably not the place for you. Do not leave a secure job to move to Knotice. Management lets many people go and I never heard of any advance warning given to the employee. They were never given the opportunity to fix any issue that may have been perceived. Management continues to roll out releases that have known issues. The application has many inconsistencies which seem to be overlooked as low priority. If the company would roll out great releases, they would improve the overall customer perception.
