Team building, trainings, benefits, work/life balance, pay, excellent leadership at the corporate level. The current CEO is a great person who truly cares about the business and employees.

I'd like better health insurance coverage but what we have now isn't even really that bad.

Absolutely zero pros in that place

Management, no supervisors, zero accountability, union, HR, work schedule, favoritism. Suck ups. Should I continue? Maintenance, manipulation of employees, zero training for most jobs, equip from the 70s and 80s.
