My Experience with Knovos - Product Trainer Knovos Employee Review

I joined Knovos with enthusiasm, expecting a structured learning environment during the six-month probation period. But, performance concerns were raised within 2 months without proper training, mentoring or a clear improvement plan. One fine day I was asked to leave stating my assessment evaluations are not ‘upto the mark’. Deadlines were unrealistic. Everything here is EMPLOYER friendly than being EMPLOYEE friendly.
