      You are exposed to a lot of cool projects, with very high visibility, and have an opportunity to regularly work with some of the region's most important policy makers and municipal consultants.

      Cons

      The work environment is extremely tense, and unstable. There is little opportunity for advancement, and the industry seems to be contracting.
