No one really have the ability to fully in charge of design. Do not have any designing philosophy or any work ethic. Employers just want to have their own benefit no matter what cost, even shouting and abusing of power. No bonus and unpaid overtime work. Overtime work just because of bad management with unefficient workload. A lot of unneccessary work just because of bad sense of design and no knowledge.
