Pros
Very good at delivering feedback and ensuring you are kept in the loop on your performance. Learn the culture buzzwords and you'll quickly rise up through the ladder.
Cons
The pay is really bad for the expectations, you will continually get new responsibilities but only get compensated several months to a year after them being added. If you rise up through the company getting promotions, you'll get low-balled every time you move up into a new role. Eventually you will be in a role where you are severely under market value, but you can't justify your raise because they just gave you an 8% raise for your promotion. Vacation time is not that great (gotta be with the company for 10 years to get 4 weeks off).
