KoDA is a small boutique firm that centers on design and design concepts. Its a great place to work and grow. You get exposed to all stages of a project

Sometime there are long hours and not enough time for the workload

Hours were great, 9am - 6pm. The people working there were fun, easy going, nice, and did their jobs well.

Leadership: founders bickered when they were both present (which was extremely rare). Pay was below market rate, lack of respect for engineering. Great product vision at first, however that tapered off extremely quickly and product development / management was non-existent.
