Negative Work Environment - Anonymous employee Kodorski Design Employee Review

I have been working with Kodor for several years and find him to be very patinate about his work. He is very knowledgeable about his line of work. He completes his jobs on time and to the satisfaction to his clients.

I was constantly interrupted, didn't feel comfortable speaking, and was hardly able to get a word in anyways. I was an independent contractor being treated as a regular full time employee, only without benefits (I don't think he knew the difference). Sexist comments: by my second day, he had referred to another woman doing work for him as a "[insert inappropriate gender-specific profanity here]" and (in reference to me) said "girls want everything to be pink and purple." I felt uncomfortable working out of his house. Micromanagement - especially when it came to scheduling and when I took lunch.
