My advice, don't work here. - CNA Koelsch Communities Employee Review

Pay sucks. Work understaffed all of the time. Having to work over your shift almost every day. Don't get appreciated or thanked. Get disrespected by fellow aids and nurses. Not worth it. You hardly get paid anything for all of the hard work you do. The residents out number the aids greatly. No one takes what you say into consideration. The employers are cheap. And the gossiping and "clicks" at the this work place is extremely unprofessional. Employees disrespect one another. Making it miserable just to show up to a shift.
