The only pro I can mention is that there's no such hierarchy here. Plus the people are nice and easy to get along with (except for a few)

There are multiple. To start with, the company expects you to deliver the quantity even if it compromises quality. It has lowest retention rate. So, the average or max anybody can work here peacefully is for 6 months. There are high chances they can terminate you if they get other employees with lesser salaries or if you don't fit in their apple polisher category. Or else, you will resign if you get frustrated of the boring monotonous and less productive work or gets into any minor fight with two main members of company: The founder (his comments on work/creatives/ writeups/ mishaps/etc. are exceptional) and VP (his normal behaviour is very formal, but he is not normal ). For your safety, make sure you start looking for better opportunities the moment you join this company (iykyk). Coz, I've seen many people getting terminated and leaving for no good reason. All the best.

The company presents itself as a service agency but operates purely on servility, client demands override all creative and professional judgment. Misleading communication during hiring. The reality of the role is very different from what is promised, do not fall for the words. Extreme client micromanagement. You work for the client, not with the agency. No constructive feedback. Only corrections, revisions, and silence when you raise valid concerns. Focus is strictly on quantity over quality. Thoughtful, strategic, or well-crafted work rarely gets approved. Raising concerns leads nowhere, you won’t hear back, and nothing changes. Lack of internal professionalism. Basic communication standards are missing, and effective English communication is limited among leadership and peers. Mentally exhausting environment. I was close to burnout and had to consciously hold myself together for the sake of professionalism, something the company itself does not practice.
