- met some great people (not management) - this place is good to get your foot in the door but I would recommend working here for a maximum of 1 year

- brings politics into the workplace - openly supports Israel - senior management does not care about your career progression - incompetent managers - HR boasts working from home flexibility but has a dashboard set up where they track who scans into the office - performance reviews are set up so that you can’t get too much of a pay raise - their “constructive feedback” is not actually valid and you’re not allowed to discuss it further - company emphasises how important mental health is but they’re actually the cause of your declining mental health - zero diversity - majority men in leadership positions
