Pros

No weekends for my staff. Regional Mgr was great and listened, but things were pretty much out if his control.

Cons

Vacation/sick time was a joke. You only earn maybe 1 hour per pay period. Insurance was a joke. Trying to low ball applicants to line all the 6 people pockets that work at corp is a joke, Want to pay a HVAC tech $16-17 an hour is just an insult. Time off policy is dated back to 1800's. Not a great company to work for, They offer NOTHING for your hard work. This company does not take care of the employees that have to work on properties. They do not value their employee no matter how long you have worked there. This company will fire you if you have to be off a while even with a doctor statement and make your reapply. If you dont have a doctor statement you can not use the time you earned. They dont allow you to be off without pay. And they should let that be your decision seeming they are having a very hard time paying their vendors, If you just need a job because you have not worked in 10 years then yes go for it, BUT know your worth and keep looking. They will not hire you with colored hair, tattoos of any kinds, Owe child support keep looking they will not hire you. Not even with bad credit and they have all D-F properties.

Pros

Property level employees are great

Cons

Executives don't communicate goals for properties or the company as a whole Compensation is pennies PTO accrual is half of what other companies provide Don't get sick or have a family; you'll get written up if you don't have any PTO to spare to cover any absences Hiring is unserious; if someone quits don't expect their position to be filled within a year unless it's a temp HR is a placeholder and has no authority Upward mobility is minimal, and if you are promoted be prepared to have no upper level support
