Amazing benefits. Free healthcare, dental and vision insurance. It isn't taken out of our paychecks. Feel very appreciated by CEO and management. They are so generous and give gifts and tokens of appreciation often. It is a family run company so the environment is anything BUT corporate. Koi does NOT aim to be a corporate company, and that's what makes us unique and super special. We are NOT like the rest of the companies out there. You can be your true self here, you NEVER feel like you're forced to fit into a box that society wants you to fit in. Huge room to grow. If you communicate with management what your goals are they will help you move up the ladder into higher paying positions after you've gained enough experience. As I like to say, "Closed mouths don't get fed!" If you need something, ASK for it! The owners will always help you out. We also get to test out new products that come out and receive free samples all the time! Vape friendly building.
Cons
There are none. I truly love working here. The folks who are leaving bad reviews (I can definitely tell who they are by the specific reviews they left) are underperformers and individuals who did not do good work for us, therefore they felt like they didn't "fit in" when in reality they were toxic with a bad attitude or caused nonstop drama. It only felt like "high school" for those who were poor workers and are no longer here.
