Have not been paid since 3rd Dec (parent company is Cactus Communications) - Freelancer Kolabtree Employee Review

It is now Feb 3rd and I have not been paid since Dec 3rd. The clients are not the issue as there is money sitting in my kolabtree wallet. The company were releasing bi-monthly payments before so I have no idea what is going on. I put in the hard-work for my clients. I have very good feed-back. I have chased up to no avail since around mid-December (prior to this I was getting replies pretty quickly, since raising the payment issues it has all gone quiet. Even my clients kindly chased up and have not heard back.
