Since, you have not provided your name, nor mention any of this during your exit interview and discussion, we are unable to provide a specific response. As you are aware, there is a proper employment agreement put on stamp paper with all terms and conditions specified. We have also made clear that less than one year, we would not provide an experience certificate, as we consider less than one year as a not serious engagement. We would appreciate if you provide specific comments to improve. We are a 20 year old organisation and believe in constant improvement and value feedback from existing and former employees. During a period when the economy suffered there was certain delay in salary, but we never defaulted in paying any amount of salary. It was always paid in the subsequent month. We have till date terminated only a few employee, who inspite of various measures to positively improve performance has failed. Would not like to respond to a general comment which is factually incorrect and not with good intention. Sorry for delayed response on your feed back as we noticed this site only recently.
