- Mostly great colleagues - Good work life balance & time off
Cons
- Performance not correlated with compensation (only outstanding performers get a small % raise 1x per year) - Top heavy decision making means most employees don't get a say in things that impact them - lots of employee turnover at all levels, especially at leadership level. Unclear if it's for the better - Frequent restructuring means constant, unnecessary change, inefficiency, and disruption in career progression
