Pros
They buy lunch once a month. That’s about it. Oh, and there’s a keurig but they only clean it once a year.
Cons
They treat the office like a fraternity. They take “the boys” out to lunch at the bar down the street multiple times a week resulting in them all coming back smelling like a brewery. This occasionally works in the favor of the office as the afternoons are slightly more docile than the morning pre-bar rants they go on about how customers are trying to “screw them over”. One of them walks in most mornings incredibly late and sometimes hungover, goes on frequent trips to Florida when he’s “not feeling well”, and doesn’t do his job which in turn makes the company fall behind. The entire operation is basically run by one guy, who has way too much to handle because they refuse to hire help because they’re cheap. The pay they offer people for the jobs they do is an insult, and the benefits they offer in the beginning of the hiring process change whenever the owner feels like it because literally nothing about company policy is in writing.
