- disrespect for the employees - no self-awareness and zero empathy for employees - no feedback is really heard, things don't change - you have ZERO impact, size doesn't matter if the management doesn't take your opinion into consideration - on a daily basis, one feels mistrusted - from commentaries, observations, etc. - passive aggressive and cynical communication often - biased decisions based on random/chaotic data - one always feels treated as if they were stupid, and no real information or plans are given - no transparency, a lot of fake promises - around 7 or 8 people, from 12 of the formers had QUIT the company
