Used to have a great culture and great people, but that is dwindling away now. 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH Service engineers are amazing, and customer love them
Cons
Senior management are out of touch So many broken systems and processes - management say they are "working on this", but it's been years Poor working environment, poor culture Managers are more intersted in covering themselves then supporting their people
