Young company, so the offices need better maintenance

The management deserves credit for identifying good and talented people who are fun to work with. It's too bad they ruin their confidence instead of empowering them.

I don't know where to begin. I would have given 0 stars if I could. There is a toxic atmosphere in this company, and it starts at the top. In this company, evil people are running it, they have no idea what they're doing, and they're too busy running over people to make an example of them and mocking them whenever they smoke. They encourage managers to throw their employees under the bus when they leave the office after 9 hours of work. They also tear other people apart when they're asked to do something outside their scope instead of letting them show a learning curve. In startups, you need to get out of your comfort zone, but this attitude is ridiculous. There were people in the office depressed, you could see it on their faces, but they didn't care - they bashed them for no reason, micromanaged them without knowing how to get the job done, and then mocked them with HR until they got fired. It is worth noting that two co-founders left the company at the same time (which speaks volumes), a few high-ranking managers were hired and then fired shamelessly a few months later because no one allowed them to perform the duties for which they were hired, plus another former employee is taking legal action against the company.
