Pros
1) It's a small motivated team with nice people.
2) Decent work specially for the developers. CTO is good.
3) Good office space located in a prime area so easy access to places and no late working hours.
Cons
1) Bad part is that the CEO is autocratic. Previously tried multiple other startups and failed and this one too is on it's way to failure. The CTO is also a co-founder but somehow never talks in front of the CEO. So employees have no redressal system.
2) The CEO doesn't know anything and is mostly sitting idle and talking or going for long walks with the CTO. So he keeps interfering in everyone's work and dons the product hat. So pity to anyone in the product team. Coz whatever anyone does, either goes down the drain or is randomly reused in unexpected ways leaving zero/negative impact.
3) No project management. Again the CEO keeps everything in his head, so no one knows what's next. Meaning new things are added after weeks of hard work and is scrapped in a day based on data. No one is consulted and the data is never analyzed or he doesn't know how to.
4) The company can drag for a year more in this manner. If anyone needs to be fired/replaced, it's the CEO.
5) He makes really bad hire and people are fired in the most mechanical way. Most of the staff are paid below par.
6) There are no project arrangements for laptop. Most of the electronics are second hand stuff and are difficult to work with.
