Pros

broad spectrum of opportunities to gain experience in various roles so long as there are available projects/clients in need

Cons

contracts are short (3-6 months average) and the company can end your employment after 30 days of a contract ending, despite telling you that you're going to be given a new contract with a client and make you prep and train for said project for 29 days and then tell you it fell through and you're no longer eligible to remain employed. zero communication/transparency and an obvious lack of concern for their employees, despite the false promises

Pros

Work hours are pretty flexible and the micromanagement is not existing. Amazing people are working in this company, really smart and responsible and willing to help.

Cons

You get only salary and benefits for 401k and health, dental but no bonuses for holidays or in the end of the year.

Pros

Cool enterprise clients, opportunity to learn and take part in impactful projects, chance to build great connections at Fortune 500 companies if you work on the consulting side and you're lucky, remote work flexibility.

Cons

Fewer and fewer projects available on the consulting side, little attention to individual's personal growth goals and little interest in helping employees make progress within the organization, not sure if the sales team is doing a good job, shaky job stability which is common with agencies, company seems to care about making money above all and people are disposable despite their contributions to the company at the beginning when it was small.
