Depending on the department, they are sore of laidback and the working culture is quite ok. They stick quite well with office hours

The company is in a constant budget cut, therefore they did not experience manpower growth in the HQ even though they are expanding more of their outlets. Kinda means that we got a ton of workload to compensate. As for the salary, so far they're not offering good ones either

• Relaxed and enjoyable environment • Chill working atmosphere •Fun experience making drinks

•No proper training or structured onboarding •Unclear instructions from management •Limited communication (cannot reach management directly, must go through supervisor) •Unprofessional response when staff are unsure or make mistakes • Low wage, no OT for part-timer eventhough work is just the same with full timer.
