Cons
The internal structure of the company has too many hands in the pot, it is more of a poorly controlled chaos. The leadership of the company is subpar at best. My experience with this company has been very negative. There have been many times I have been screamed at by upper management. I have seen many of the office workers cry as a result of how they were treated. With that being said, there is potential to this company if the internal structure of the organization changes. I would never go back to work for this company with the current state of organization, management, and poor leadership. Also, after putting my resignation in, the CEO didn’t even have the gumption to apologize on their end for what caused me to leave, nor did he have the respect to say thank you for the time and effort I had put in.
