Local IT outsourcing that wants to treat you like they are a new business that can't pay you but stretches you to your limits. Super negative owner nitpicks everything you do, and never recognizes jobs well done. Pay is extremely low compared to competitors. Be aware that they will not be giving you raises. Do not think you can come in at a low salary and work your way up. Raises are based on you spending even more of your life outside work hours to studying for certifications they use to make themselves look better. And you will have to fight to actually get that money.
You will be overworked, underpaid, and forced to endure constant demeaning by the owner. Furthermore, they will destroy you if you try to use them as a reference to get another job despite being an employee in good standing during your career with them. I'd have not come back to write this had they not trashed my reputation despite extremely high customer ratings etc.
Ask to talk to tenured employees during the interview process. You'll find they have problems retaining staff as everyone finds it a high stress, low reward environment. Prepare to have your life ruled by metrics generated by computers. Welcome to yet another business that farms out your talent while destroying good jobs as they suck up customers that eliminate better positions
