      Pros

      Its been couple of months, I have joined Kostcare. Work culture here is homely and seniors are always helpful. I got a chance to work on client facing project while I am still starting my career. Kostcare has very good clients and company has been transperant with clients. It is made sure that client is updated with each and every little things and we work as an extension of client team rather than isolated team. Looking forward to give my best contribution to the company and projects.

      Pros

      I joined kostcare 3 month ago as a fresher and i am working on a client facing project as a billable resource.Thanks to on job training provided by kostcare which would have cost me thousands if i would have joined any institute.As a fresher, i am given very good opportunity as well as rewards in terms of salary and this justifies their policy of signing bond and giving refundable security deposit. Happy with kostcare.

      Nothing as of now. Everything is perfect for now.

      Pros

      The process is very good and organized. Friendly work atmosphere where people help each other. I think it is a good place to learn all. That learning is start with Training of first 6 month. In that 6 month we learnt New technology, what is live project, Leadership Management etc.
