-The business is well-run and transparent, especially important over the last several years where the tech industry has been notorious for overstaffing, overspending, and lay-offs seem like the norm -Leadership team genuinely cares about you personally and professionally. I’ve never felt more taken care of at any other company -Our values are the driving force for the company culture. This breeds trust within the team and with leadership and guides our decisions -Personal and professional growth is embedded in the culture. The company is steadily growing and provides career mobility -Workload is demanding but not overwhelming or overly stressful -They allow flexibility to work from home when you need to -Great clients, some of whom are pillars in the community -Everyone on the team is competent and a pleasure to work with -Working here is fun

It’s hard to come up with any cons that would make me not recommend joining this team. It truly is a great place to work. The company has been around for well over a decade but can feel like a start-up. This allows us to be nimble and move fast for our clients, but processes and documentation is a work-in-progress. Being able to work through ambiguity is a must to be successful here.

The company lives by the Mission, Vision, and Values. The values being Community, Consistency, Passion, Professionalism, and Integrity. It is an incredible thing to see such strong words lived out on a daily basis. I've never felt so close to a group of wonderful individuals. From the leader down to every last employee, those 5 words aren't taken lightly. I truly appreciate the family relationship I've built with each and every individual. Oh.... and we have a blast serving clients! Lastly, our team enjoys losing to me at a good MB2 race or two. Challengers beware!
