TAKE YOUR RISK TO JOIN THE COMPANY. Rlly rlly heavy workload, expected to bring document go back home. The system frequently lags, causing unnecessary delays and overtime to finish the work. If work in HQ don’t not expect any proper OT pay even you are eligible to get the pay. In LOA stated OT rate will be in accordance with Singapore Employment Act but when you ask for the pay, HR will answer “this is our company practice”. This practice will cap ur salary until certain amount then the rest of OT pay will be forfeit which is not compliance with the law. HR AM also mentioned “there is no so called legal or illegal, every company have their own practice”. If this practice is legal, please indicate in the LOA. DON’T UNTIL THE EMPLOYEE FOUND OUT SHORT PAY THEN INFORM THIS PRACTICE.
