Mixed experience! - Software Engineer Kovair Software Employee Review

There's nothing worth mentioning here really. You get the work experience you need and that's it.

It's not the best job you can get and the worst if this is your first work experience. It's an exhausting and draining job in all levels. You'll get sick at one point nad that's only only after a month of working on the floor.

More pay and benefits but it still isn't worth it.

Being in this position isn't about upgrading from being a team member, but it's a about getting more responsibilities and tasks, while retaining the same job. There's a lot more headache and stress and the pay isn't worth it.
