Pros
Great place to work, interesting problems, senior management does a good job being transparent with most things, people are nice, good work life balance. Also lots of opportunities to carve out your own path and develop skills in areas which interest you. There can be a lack of structure on projects, and is certainly a fail fast culture, suited to self starters (neither a pro or con, just something to note).
Cons
Compensation lacks significantly when considering the level of responsibility that is given to engineers. I think this has lead to difficulty in attracting and keeping experienced engineers and a lot of our tech leads don't have the experience required to develop maintainable software which is causing issues as we scale. This does worry me of how sustainable the growth we're under going is.
