Pros
The work we do at Kraken is genuinely interesting and engaging, and my experience has been great in terms of being given autonomy alongside support. Our office managers treat us so well, and everyone I work with is competent and friendly.
Cons
With it being a fast-growing business, things can feel a bit chaotic at times. But I recognise that some of this is needed to keep us flexible and able to change with the times.
