Pros
The company offers competitive pay. Work from home/hybrid work. Lower level managers are easy to work with. There is a team effort with the sales team and support staff.
Cons
Joseph Kramer is no longer the CEO. Executive level is extremely sales focused. Communication is lacking and there is a disconnect from the customer. When the sales team and support experience product issues, management does not act soon enough. Many of the product issues are a result of poor quality control and testing. Marketing has too much control over what information
