- Freshers work 6 days a week till first two years of service - No job security, you will be given 30 days notice max by company anytime, if you resign you have to serve 90 days - No overtime compensation, comp off only on managers mood, extended hours everyday - Non payment of variable amount in ctc, ask any employee in Pune office - No appraisal, if you ask about it you will be treated like a criminal - Micro-management, very rude and ill-behaved managers - No office party or trips, just work work work - Unsupportive HR department for any important queries - People like Tech Architects don't know basics of git - No training to existing workforce for new technology, just do or die - Unfair compensation, you will do most of the work, some random external hire will earn twice than you in same role - Poor parking facilities and non-existent pantry - Toxic work enviroment, your life will be a living hell
