Management is busy pleasing investors when the code base quality is going down along with talent pool quality.
Majority of the Tech doesn't care about the product and lack of sense of ownership in their work. Mainly because management treating talent like they are expendable. Lot of good talent has left, work is done by whoever is left. They are hiring fresher to save cost and messing up the codebase.
