there are a list of cons the company can decide anything at their convenience there is no policy for the company it only depends favouritism, you will have 5 days WFO but your teammate of same designation will have full remote. While joining they will say big things about the company how it is so helpful to each employee but everything is a false promise. My only advice to people working there is to have a written email for everything they say because they can switch anytime and will try to make money from you anyhow. There is absolutely no one to guide you about the project and if you dare ask anything from a senior they will behave as if you know nothing and they are the king of the world.

If your project and peers are supportive, you will feel positive despite encountering some hurdles (and there will be many). It's a good environment for technical learning as a beginner.

The company lacks a framework to protect employees from a senior's mismanagement. Policies are inconsistent and often applied selectively, typically based on personal favoritism. If the policies benefit the company, they are strictly enforced; if not, they are discarded as easily as a tissue. Additionally, they misunderstand the concept of a notice period ... requiring notice even for the notice period. So exiting can become tricky and tiresome.
