- Could definitely improve core benefits - need to update these and make them more appealing especially for younger staff (also needs to be easier to manage as it's quite complicated)
- Least 'human' HR team I've experienced (based on mine and others' recent experiences) - in fact they're the antithesis of what an HR Team should be and act like! HR team and people practices are not focused on staff at all - pretending to prioritise staff motivation, inclusion, retention and openness! Have their own agenda and definitely not 'living' the values of 'Be Human', 'Make it Personal' and 'Understand'.
